The weather has been pretty lately, so we're happier than ever that I have a jogging stroller. Thanks to Daddy's work for giving it to me!
I have lots of pictures to show you today, so you'll enjoy this if you like lots of pictures. The first ones were taken yesterday on our way to visit my great grandma.
Looks like it's working!
I think I could drive this myself if I could learn how to unlock the brakes.
Time to roam!
Yup, we locked the front door.
Oh, NO! I fell down in the grass, and I HATE touching the grass with my hands! Maybe I can reach the driveway to stand up...
Yes, I can reach it!
Whew, that was a close one.
Time to stroll!
Our nice neighbor, Miss Julie, came and took my picture with Mommy. We're about to go on a walk to visit Great Grandma.
I love to swing! My buddy, Delaney, came down to the park to play with me today, and you can see her mom's truck in the background. I see that truck every morning during breakfast when I look out the window.
Here I am swinging with Delaney. She is six months older than me, so she can do lots of great things, like slide down the slide on her tummy and use words that everyone understands. I'm going to watch and learn!

Walking Buddies
Today, I'm making an appearance on the blog of my good buddy, Jamey. He is so cute that I sometimes have to remind Mommy that I am cute, too. Jamey is so nice to share his dog with me until I convince Mommy and Daddy that I can take care of one myself. To see me on Jamey's blog today, click here.
Sunday Night Adventures
We had a great time with my buddy, Sam, and his family tonight. We went for a hike and had an outdoor picnic, and then...well, look at the pictures and you'll see!
I could eat this whole banana at once, if only Daddy would let me.
OK, maybe not the whole banana.
After our nighttime picnic, we went to a store full of nothing but books. Oh, how I wanted to take all of them off of their shelves and look at them one by one! Before I had a chance to do that, I found out why we went to that store. It was because of the...
TRAINS!
Sam is big, so he knows the names of all these trains and how to get them to work. Maybe he'll teach me, too.
What's under here?
Guy Things
Happy birthday today to my buddy, Isaac! I'm sorry I can't be there to help you play with your cake!
Mommy wasn't feeling well today because I gave her my cold. So, Daddy and I left her alone and went out to do guy things. (I don't know why she wanted to be alone, do you? I think that being around Daddy and me would make her feel better.) We went to the barber, and we went to the park, and we went to the coffee shop. Getting a haircut was terrible for me, and going to the coffee shop was okay except that I couldn't have any. But, going to the park with Daddy was great. We went on the slides, and we went on the swings, and we saw my neighbor and buddy Delaney. We all had a great time! By the way, how do you like my new haircut?
"Teeeee!"
Pushing these buttons is getting easier every day!
I still love trees today...and they still make that wonderful little splatting sound when they hit the floor.
Fifteen Months
I'm fifteen months old today! So, we had to go to the doctor and get all my parts looked at. I know I'm growing bigger, but I guess everyone needs to keep checking, just to make sure. Here are all my new measurements: I'm 33 3/4" tall, I weigh 25 lbs., 10.5 oz., and my head is 19 1/2" around. If the measurements have been right each time, I've grown 1 3/4" in the past three months. I'm very tall, a little above average for weight, and my head is big. (I don't see anything funny about my head being big, do you?) The nurse was very impressed with my height and my head, and Mommy thinks she's finally succeeding in chunking me up a little bit. The doctor thinks I'm still pretty long and lean. All in all, everyone was happy! I don't have to go back again for three more months. I'll let you know what happens then!
"Teee!" That's my name for the camera.
Another big event today was that Mommy gave me trees for lunch. Oh, how I love trees! Will I love them tomorrow? We'll have to wait and see, but today, I love trees!
There are so many great things about trees besides their yumminess. One of my favorite things about trees is putting each tree in my overalls before eating it. This has to be done before each bite. Another great thing about trees is that I can say their name, because that word sounds exactly like the word "three." But, my very favorite thing about trees is throwing them on the floor one by one. This is not Mommy's favorite thing about trees. In fact, she told me that throwing them on the floor means that they're all gone. Next time, I'l make sure I'm very full before I start throwing my trees!
One...Two...Teeeeee!!!
If you've been watching her, you know that Mommy says, "One, two, three!" a lot. She says it when she helps me out of my booster seat or off of my changing table. She says it to warn me that she's going to turn on a loud machine, like the vacuum cleaner or the juicer. And, she says it a LOT when she's about to take a picture.
Yesterday at bathtime, Mommy was taking my picture and reminding me to smile in the usual way. And, I decided to join her. When she finished saying, "three," I said, "THREE!" (Actually, I said, "TEEEEE," but she knew what I meant.) We both thought this was pretty fun and did it over and over. I know pictures can't make sounds, but at least you can see how much fun we had!
TEEEE!
TEEEE!
TEEEE!
"More" and "Yay"
I've figured out how to sign the difference! I guess I was confused before, thinking that clapping and signing "more" were the same thing. (And clapping was good enough for Mommy and Daddy, who knew that I meant "more.") Now I know that "Yay!" and "More!" are two very different things...although I might clap if I'm really glad that I'm getting more! Here's how I do each one (with my mouth full of yummy pasta.) And if you want to see me sign "All done!" you'll have to visit me at mealtime. It's a full-body experience that can't be captured on camera.
"More!"
"Yay!"
How to Sleep
If you are wishing for a good night's sleep tonight, I have some positions you can try to get nice and cozy. They work for me! (As you can see, my mom and dad like to take pictures of me all the time, even when I sleep. Maybe they should take a break and get some sleep, too!)

Famous!
I'm famous! I'm on Emma Claire's blog today. If you want to see me with Emma Claire and our buddy, Maximus, you can click here.
More Visiting
Grandma went back to her house, and I miss her already, but I thought you'd like to see some more pictures of us playing together. Here they are!
Good morning, Grandma! Did you know that my seventh tooth just came in?
More kitchen floor playtime. This time it's not the hat game, but the tower game.
I am good at knocking down Grandma's towers. When I whisper, "Taaaa!" it means "Pow!"
We all went hiking together on Saturday. Everyone thought this would be a great spot for a family photo.
I thought it would be more fun to pull the yellow parts of these flowers off of the green parts. Wouldn't you agree? Daddy says, "He's all boy!"
Here I am hiking with Daddy. Wearing this bracelet is like taking baby Ira with us since he can't go hiking right now. There is some good news about him today, though-I hope you'll read his blog!
Grandma is Here!
Guess what! My grandma is here visiting me. She flew on an airplane just to see me, and we are having lots of adventures. I am learning that grandparents are wonderful because they don't have to answer the phone and do laundry like Mommy and Daddy do. Grandparents just play with me. Yahoo!
Here I am playing the hat game with Grandma.
Wearing a hat like this makes me squint to keep it on my head.
If you ask me where my helicopter is, this is how I show you. I'm a little concerned about this helicopter, because it looks like a truck but has no wheels. A truck would be so sad without its wheels. How does this helicopter move around?
There are a lot of games you can play with bowls and Grandma.
Grandma is wearing a hat, too, and I need to take it off.
I'm sure going to miss Grandma when she goes back to her house!
Walking Practice
Yesterday, I had an adventure. I got to practice walking outside where the trucks drive! I had a great time walking up and down the driveway. I had my eye on a couple of trucks across the street, but anytime I got close to the end of our driveway to take a better look, Mommy turned me around. She says that we don't go out in the street. I wonder why not? Maybe when I get big, she'll let me.
Do you like my sandals? Uncle Todd wore sandals just like these when he was a little boy.
Gotta get that truck!
Whoa...whoa...
Boom!
I can do this!
