Yup, it's true-I turned thirteen months old yesterday! Here are some pictures Mommy took of me. They're action shots, just like all my pictures these days.
I am playing with the mooses on Mommy and Daddy's bed, and I'm wearing my new moose sweater. My buddy Nathan got me this great sweater for my birthday because his Mommy and Daddy know about the mooses, especially Millie. (Yes, Mommy and Daddy have their own toys, and they have names!) Mommy and Daddy's mooses are named Rudy, Millie, Minnie, and Frango. It's a good thing their bed is big to make room for everyone! Anyway, thanks, Nathan. I love my sweater!
There are lots of fun things to do around here if you're thirteen months old. One is play on this soft bed and pretend to fall down. (That's not very fun on my bed, which is not soft.) I like to fall back in the pillows while Mommy and Daddy laugh. I also like to stand up and play just about anywhere, and if I'm having a good time, which I usually am, I will squeal over and over. I still love sitting and looking at my books in my room, and I got some great ones for Christmas! It's really fun to walk around the house while I'm holding onto somebody's fingers. Someday I'll walk without holding on, but I like the fingers for now. There are some things I like to do that Mommy and Daddy don't think are so fun, but I'll tell you about them anyway. Here they are: pulling things off of the kitchen table, driving my cars on the walls, and pulling grown-up books off of the bookshelves. Do you think I'll be allowed to do those things when I'm bigger? Maybe when I turn fourteen months old.

Jonathan,
I can't wait to be 13 months old! It sounds like so much fun.
I think I'm going to need you to show me how to pull the grown-up books off the shelves. We've got a lot of grown-up books around here, and that might be a great game to play!
Let's get together soon! I'll tell my Mommy to call your Mommy.
Love, Jamey
